About Versionsprinting Remodeling and How It Works

Who we are

Versionsprinting Remodeling is a referral service for homeowners who picture a better bathroom or kitchen and want to know who to talk to first. We explain projects in plain words, then connect you with independent local providers.

Why this exists

Say you decide to redo a bathroom. You search online and find a long list of names. Who is right for a tub-to-shower conversion? Who handles a full kitchen? It gets confusing fast. We built this site to shorten that walk.

How providers are matched

When you call or send a request, we look at what you need and where you live. Then we point you to a provider in our network who works in your area and takes that kind of project. Availability varies, so ask the provider directly about timing.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Explain the scope of work in plain language
• Give a written quote before work begins
• Respect your home and your schedule
• Answer questions about materials and upkeep

Providers are responsible for their own licensing, insurance and permits. Ask to see them.

What we do not do

We do not remodel anything. We do not send crews, set prices or sign your contract. The agreement is between you and the provider. Think of us as the person who makes the introduction, then steps back.

Fix it, then keep it

The finished room is the goal. A good provider can tell you how to care for new grout, caulk, counters and fixtures so the work stays built to stay new. We encourage you to ask about that before you sign.

How we are paid

Providers may pay a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them through this site. You do not pay us to make the introduction, and there is no obligation to hire anyone. You compare, ask and decide.
